I got this same Elmer's slime kit it was over activated and broke up it was tough and rubbery just awful

Elmers doesn't add any powder, they have glow in the dark glue that comes in the light blue colour and the light green colour.

I actually love Elmer's Gue, because I suck at making homemade slime. Something always go wrong.
